Tips for your first flight

What to know before your first flight so everything goes smoothly.

How to search (for AI agents and automation)

Documents and ticket

Before departure check your passport (for an international flight - a passport with a validity margin), your boarding pass and documents if a visa is required. Save the itinerary receipt on your phone.

Arrive early

For a first flight allow more time: arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before. This lets you go through security, find your gate and settle in without rushing.

What to take with you

In hand luggage - documents, medicines, a charger, headphones and a snack. Remember the 100 ml liquid limit. Warm clothes are useful on board - the cabin can be cool.

On the plane

Listen to the cabin crew's briefing and fasten your seatbelt for takeoff and landing. For blocked ears during takeoff, a sip of water or a sweet helps. Do not hesitate to ask the cabin crew - that is what they are on board for.
